Data collection
We collect only the information required for school management: student names, parent contact details, academic indicators, attendance, and payment status.
Use of data
Collected data is used to manage learning workflows, prepare reports, communicate with parents, and improve school operations.
Data storage
School, student, and parent data is stored within a separated tenant context for authorized users and protected according to applicable security requirements.
Third-party services
Integrations are used only when required to provide the service. For example, data exchange for notifications, payments, imports, or other school systems depends on school settings and permissions.
Children's data
The system handles data about school pupils, who are minors. A pupil's account is created and managed by their school. Features that need separate permission — camera attendance, the AI assistant, the psychological profile — are enabled only with a parent's consent, and stop working if that consent is absent or withdrawn.
Camera attendance (biometric data)
This feature is enabled at the school's discretion. The face is recognised on the device itself, in the browser: the photograph is neither sent to the server nor stored. The server keeps only a mathematical vector — a set of numbers from which the photograph cannot be reconstructed. It is used solely to mark presence in a lesson. Because this is biometric data, a separate parental consent is required.
AI features
The AI Curator sends the pupil's question text, grade and subject to an external model provider in order to compose a reply; the pupil's name is not sent. Staff-facing analyses (the psychological portrait, the risk analysis) do send the pupil's name along with their school record. A pupil's messages to classmates and teachers are read only where a parent has consented. Conversation text is never shown to other pupils.
Artificial-intelligence services
The AI assistant, AI tutor and AI portrait features transmit the request text and the learning data needed for the answer (grades, attendance, homework, behaviour records) to a third-party AI model provider — OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and, through it, the selected model providers — solely to generate the response. If the school has connected its own API key, transmission goes through that key. We do not use this data for advertising. Provider terms: openrouter.ai/privacy.
Deleting an account
Pupil and staff accounts are created and deleted by the school. To request deletion, contact your school administrator or write to [email protected] and the request will be passed to the school. Deleting an account removes access, role and personal permissions entirely. Financial and academic records the school is required by law to keep may be retained.
