Service use
To use iqbola, you must be a school administrator or an authorized user. Account access is limited by the permissions granted by your school.
Payments
Service fees depend on the selected plan, modules, and school size. Payment and service terms are defined in a separate agreement or contract.
Data and permissions
The school is responsible for its data. iqbola supports user roles, permissions, and tenant isolation, but the school must configure its internal access policy correctly.
Limitation of liability
iqbola is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connection issues, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
Termination
Service cancellation, data export, and retention periods are governed by the active contract terms.
